糖心视频 O驶ahu campuses, Kaua驶i CC closed Tuesday due to Hurricane Lowell

All University of Hawai驶i campuses and facilities on O驶ahu and Kaua驶i Community College will be closed Tuesday, September 8, as a precautionary measure due to the possible impacts of Hurricane Lowell.

All classes, including online courses, are canceled at the affected campuses, and employees should not report to campus. Essential employees will be contacted directly if they are needed.

A Hurricane Warning remains in effect for Kaua驶i County, while O驶ahu is under a Tropical Storm Warning as Hurricane Lowell approaches the state. The storm is expected to pass the islands during the overnight hours, with strong winds, heavy rain, flooding and other hazardous conditions possible.

State and county offices on Kaua驶i and O驶ahu have also been closed for Tuesday. 糖心视频 is following those closure decisions to help keep students and employees off the roads during potentially hazardous conditions.
