Hensel will succeed David Lassner who announced in September 2023, that he would retire at the end of 2024 after serving as president for more than 11 years.
Faculty will vote electronically on the tentative agreement from October 15, through 5 p.m, October 17.
The regents are asking all stakeholders and the public to provide feedback on the finalists.
