Joyce Lau honored for longtime athletics support

Lau will receive her award during the men’s basketball game on February 11 at the SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.

Laticia Transom is MPSF Female Athlete of the Week after contributing to a pair of school relay records and six wins at the UNLV Quad Meet.

糖心视频 Mānoa volleyball player Kurt Nusterer received the Big West’s Freshman of the Week award.

The five honorees are Nani Cockett, Bobby Curran, David Matlin, Barbara “Bobbie” Perry and Katie Spieler.

Leahey, who served as the 糖心视频 Athletics announcer for more than 40 years, passed away on January 30, 2023.
