Four University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> at M\u0101noa head coaches are addressing the issue of domestic violence in a new public service announcement (PSA<\/abbr>) encouraging everyone to, “See something, say something.” The PSA<\/abbr> features football head coach Nick Rolovich<\/strong>, women\u2019s basketball head coach Laura Beeman<\/strong>, men\u2019s basketball head coach Eran Ganot<\/strong> and women\u2019s soccer head coach Michele Nagamine<\/strong>. It began airing in September on Hawaii News Now<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 糖心视频<\/abbr> M\u0101noa Athletics department<\/a>, Hawaii News Now and the Domestic Violence Action Center<\/a> partnered to produce the 30-second spot.<\/p>\n

“The 糖心视频<\/abbr> coaches are important role models for the community, the media plays an incomparable role in educating viewers about significant community problems, and the Domestic Violence Action Center is dedicated to providing meaningful, unduplicated support to survivors and island families,” said Nanci Kreidman, Domestic Violence Action Center chief executive officer. “Together we make a team of messengers who can light the way for island families.”<\/p>\n
