The <a href=\"http:\/\/collegeiswithinreachhawaii.com\/uhfastpass\"><abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心视频<\/abbr> Fast Pass Initiative<\/a> seeks to eliminate barriers that prevent students from enrolling in post-secondary education by streamlining the application process for <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> State Department of Education high school seniors to <abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr>\u2019s four-year campuses. <\/p>\n<p>Based on each students\u2019 <abbr title=\"grade point average\">GPA<\/abbr>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hilo.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> Hilo<\/a> will offer a conditional letter of acceptance to their campus, while <a href=\"https:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> M\u0101noa<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/westoahu.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span><\/a> will offer special invitations to apply. Students may receive multiple letters depending on their <abbr>GPA<\/abbr>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> M\u0101noa: 3.5 <abbr>GPA<\/abbr> &#8211; invitation to apply <\/li>\n<li><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> West O\u02bbahu: 2.70 <abbr>GPA<\/abbr> &#8211; invitation to apply <\/li>\n<li><abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> Hilo: 2.70 <abbr>GPA<\/abbr> &#8211; conditional offer of acceptance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaiip20.org\/\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> P&#8211;20 Partnerships for Education<\/a> in partnership with <abbr>糖心视频<\/abbr> is also hosting free <a href=\"https:\/\/collegeiswithinreachhawaii.com\/upcoming-events\/\">virtual college application and financial aid sessions<\/a> to these campuses for students and families in October
