The 50-page booklet provides information, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplies to have on hand now for your household<\/li>\n<li>What to ask the sick person\u2019s healthcare provider and\/or how to locate one<\/li>\n<li>What to do when isolating at home<\/li>\n<li>Tips on caregiver safety, <abbr title=\"personal protective equipment\">PPE<\/abbr>s, cleaning and disinfecting<\/li>\n<li>Self-care advice<\/li>\n<li>Statewide resources (community health centers, food banks, COVID-19 assistance, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Fillable sheet for important contacts and health monitoring log<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&ldquo;I am honored to have been included as a member of the <abbr>DOH<\/abbr> Public Health Nursing team that led these efforts,&rdquo; said <strong>Kristine Qureshi<\/strong>, <abbr>SONDH<\/abbr> associate dean of research and global health. &ldquo;This booklet provides a wealth of information about how to provide COVID-19 care in the home setting, keep other family members safe and sources for additional support.
