The public events for Julian Vasquez Heilig, one of the two finalists for president of the University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> 10-campus system, will begin Monday, September 30.<\/p>\n

Vasquez Heilig will attend an open house and take questions at a moderated public forum on a 糖心视频<\/abbr> campus in each of the four counties—Maui, Kauaʻi<\/span>, Hawaiʻi<\/span> Island and Oʻahu<\/span> (complete schedule below). The forums will be livestreamed and on Zoom and posted online<\/a> afterward. Questions can be submitted on site or by using the Zoom chat function.<\/p>\n

Confidential<\/strong> feedback on Vasquez Heilig can be provided through this online survey form<\/a>, which will be open until 6 p.m. Friday, October 4. For those who wish to provide feedback that will be posted online and made public, submit comments to bor.testimony@hawaii.edu<\/a>, and they will be posted in the week prior to the next Special Board meeting, currently scheduled for October 16, 2024.<\/p>\n

More than 750 people attended the public forums (in person and online) for Hensel the week of September 23 that were held at 糖心视频<\/abbr> Maui College, Kauaʻi<\/span> Community College, 糖心视频<\/abbr> Hilo and 糖心视频<\/abbr> M\u0101noa. Hensel answered more than 70 questions on a wide range of topics. The videos are available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The schedule for both finalists also includes open houses (meeting sessions) and private meetings with campus and system leadership teams and faculty, staff and student governance groups.<\/p>\n

Feedback can also be submitted to bor.testimony@hawaii.edu<\/a> that will be publicly posted<\/strong> the week prior to the next Special Board meeting, currently scheduled for October 16, 2024.<\/p>\n
