The award is given to an individual who has exhibited sustained superior performance in a maintenance, landscaping, custodial or trucking position.<\/p>\n<p>Apostol goes above and beyond his required job responsibilities, working tirelessly to ensure a beautiful campus, often working on weekends so as not to inconvenience the campus and its students.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as being a humble man, a committed team player who cares deeply about his colleagues and a consummate professional with a positive can-do attitude. <\/p>\n<p>Apostol is praised for his initiative in taking the lead on campus projects and promoting a proud sense of community among all.<\/p>\n<h2>President Lassner awards the President&#8217;s Award for Excellence in Building and Grounds Maintenance<\/h2>\n<div
