Knudson<\/strong>, former executive vice president of student learning at Moorpark College in California<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erika L. Lacro<\/strong>, vice chancellor of academic affairs at Honolulu Community College<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rafe E. Trickey<\/strong>, vice president of planning and institutional development at the College of the Marshall Islands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The public is invited to meet the candidates at the open forum presentations on Tuesday, April 10 in Honolulu Community College&#8217;s Loui Conference Center, Building 2, Room 201.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10:30&#8211;11:30 a.m. &#8212; Rafe E. Trickey<\/li>\n<li>12:30&#8211;1:30 p.m. &#8212; Edward T. Knudson<\/li>\n<li>2:30&#8211;3:30 p.m. &#8212; Erika L. Lacro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional information about the search process is available on the Honolulu Community College chancellor search website.<\/p>\n<h2>About the finalists<\/h2>\n<p>Edward T. Knudson is the former executive vice president of student learning at Moorpark College in California. He also previously served as vice president of academic affairs and dean of economic and workforce development at Bakersfield College in California, and division director of business and computer systems at Linn-Benton Community College in Oregon. Knudson received his master of business administration and bachelor of science in business management degrees from Oregon State University.<\/p>\n<p>Erika L. Lacro is the vice chancellor of academic affairs at Honolulu Community College. She has previously served as assistant dean and director of student services as well as director of internship and career development at the School of Travel Industry Management at the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M&#257;noa. Lacro received both her master&#8217;s and bachelor&#8217;s degrees in travel industry management from <abbr>ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ<\/abbr> M&#257;noa, and she is a doctoral degree candidate at <abbr>ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ<\/abbr> M&#257;noa in communication and information sciences.<\/p>\n<p>Rafe E. Trickey is the vice president of planning and institutional development at the College of the Marshall Islands. He has previously served as the college&#8217;s vice president of student services, executive director of development and external relations at Citrus Community College in California, and the president and <abbr>CEO<\/abbr> of 11-99 Foundation. Trickey was also the founder and a board member of the Foundation for College Access Services.
