Cessation Services
Active HMSA & Kaiser Insurance Members
HMSA provides the QuitNet® tobacco cessation program. The program uses Hawaiʻi-based coaches who provide over the phone or online support. To learn more about this program, call HMSA Well-Being Connection toll-free at 1-855-329-5461. All active HMSA members may be eligible for free/discounted services.
Kaiser Permanente provides a tobacco-cessation program called HealthMedia® Breathe®. Individuals receive an online customized action plan. Kaiser Permanente counselors also provide tobacco cessation support at 808-643-4622. This program is free of charge for Kaiser Permanente members.
