This course provides an introduction to the psychological processes involved in language production and comprehension, with a particular focus on non-native and bilingual language use. Areas covered include lexical access in bilinguals, structural and discourse processing by native and non-native speakers, the role of working memory, speech perception and accent, and neurological correlates of (non)native language processing.
