Three Poems
Jessica Awada is a poet and writer from Beirut, Lebanon. While currently a second-year MFA candidate in Poetry at Texas State University, she also holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from St. Olaf College (2022). Her work explores the love, grief, and resilience embedded within the Levant, its landscapes, and its histories. She was the recipient of the League for Innovation: Student Literary Award for her short story 鈥淭o Build a Glasshouse,鈥� and her poetry and flash fiction have appeared in The Rio Review.
