For us they capture something essential about women\u2019s experience as witnesses. Trying to represent this essence, we asked poet Adele Ne Jame if she\u2019d curate a feature for <em>Vice-Versa<\/em> composed of poetry, essays, and stories\u2014an attempt to harness the tremendous emotional and psychological power of women responding to war and its tragic consequences.
