The core responsibilities of this committee shall be as follows:
- Leading board self-assessment, recruitment, and orientation of new regents
- Reviewing and recommending changes to board bylaws and policies
- Oversight of the president鈥檚 performance evaluation
- Review and approval of major personnel policies, collective bargaining strategies, and executive compensation
