💡 Training Update for 2026–2027

The previous online course, "Preventing Harassment & Discrimination," has been replaced systemwide and is no longer available.

All University of Hawaiʻi employees will be assigned the updated training—"Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination"—on September 1.

Requirement for 2026–2027: Because Title IX training is an annual requirement, all employees must complete the new "Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination" module to satisfy their compliance requirement for the 2026–2027 academic year—even if you completed the previous course in past years.

Employee Online Training

New Title IX online modules will be available on September 1, 2026. Existing employees may access the training directly from the . New employees should wait for their official email invitation to ensure their account has been fully added to the training system.

Because Title IX training is an annual requirement and the new course reflects updated policy definitions and legal standards, all active 糖心视频 employees must complete the "Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination" module to satisfy their compliance obligation for the 2026–2027 academic year—regardless of past completion history.

Note: Your past completion records for the previous course remain safely stored in your Vector Solutions training history for compliance and auditing purposes.

The university has transitioned to a single systemwide annual schedule. Previously, training due dates were tracked individually throughout the year. Starting in 2026, all active employees systemwide are assigned the updated Title IX training on September 1 every year.

Because the new "Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination" course is required for the 2026–2027 academic year, all active employees must complete it—even if you completed the previous course (Preventing Harassment & Discrimination) earlier this calendar year.

Going forward, your annual training requirement will always reset on September 1.

It depends on whether you finished the previous course before it was deactivated:

  • Completed Courses: No, your data is safe. Full completion records and certificates for the archived Preventing Harassment & Discrimination course are permanently preserved. You can view and download past certificates at any time by logging into the and navigating to the “Training History” section.
  • Incomplete Courses (Partial Progress): If you were in the middle of the old module and did not finish it before it was retired, that partial progress will not be transferred to the new course.

Please Note: All active employees must complete the new “Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination” module assigned on September 1, 2026, regardless of past completion status.

The "Employees: Title IX and Nondiscrimination" module takes approximately 48 minutes to complete, depending on your reading pace.

You do not need to finish the course in a single sitting. Your progress is saved automatically inside the Vector LMS portal, so you can exit and resume at any time.

Log in using your standard University of Hawaii username and password—the same credentials you use to log into your 糖心视频 email.

Training is assigned automatically based on employee status as documented by your campus HR office. New hires will gain access shortly after their official start date and email account setup are complete.
