Starting a business? Don't sign anything you don't understand. Learn how to draft and review contracts from a real business attorney. About the workshop Oftentimes it is too expensive for small to medium sized business owners to hire an attorney to draft an agreement. Many businesses rush through drafting and reviewing agreements without realizing what they are signing. The worst thing a business owner can do is to proceed without a formal written agreement. In this seminar, Ryan will provide helpful tips and guidance for contract reviewing and drafting, and how AI can be effectively used. About the workshop presenter Ryan Hew, Partner, Hew & Bordenave LLP Ryan K. Hew is a business attorney. He works with small- and medium-sized business owners for their legal needs. He assists clients forming business entities, obtaining licenses and permits, assisting with intellectual property protection, and in general reviewing and drafting customized contracts.
