  1. Introductions of our ISS Office, ISS website, and the mandatory Immigration Course on Lamaku
  2. Guidance on how to submit all necessary documents to our ISS Office
  3. An introduction to Native Hawaiian values and local Hawaii life
  4. Tips for obtaining health insurance, health clearance, and immunizations
  5. A day in a life of a 糖心视频 Manoa student and what I wish I knew about moving to Hawaii (presented by our ISS Graduate Assistant, Undergraduate Assistant, and Student Intern)
  6. How to meet new people, shopping, and food in Hawaii (presented by our ISS Student Interns)
  7. Preparing for Travel and Arrival
