ISS would like to bring you some November reminders while you are getting through mid-term exams.
1. Office closures
- November 11 (Holiday: Veterans Day) – ISS closed
- November 28 (Holiday: Thanksgiving) – ISS closed
- November 29 – Open regular hours for document pick-up and?pre-scheduled advising appointments?only.
2. 糖心视频 Manoa allows until November 4 to drop a course (in-person withdrawal). If this causes you to go below full-time enrollment, you will need to get a?Reduced Course Load authorization?from ISS.
3. Travel – If you plan to travel internationally during the holidays, be sure to have a valid travel signature from ISS on your I-20 or DS-2019. If not,?get a travel signature?before you leave!
4. The U.S. Department of State warns of an increase in scams targeting exchange visitors. All students should take care to protect their personal information and be aware of suspicious contacts or activity. Please visit our?news post that includes helpful resources?on these matters.
